WeFeed Cancellation Policy

At WeFeed , we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, here's what you need to know:

Cancellation Window

- You can cancel your order within 10-15 minutes of placing it.
- If your order has already been confirmed by the restaurant, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fees

- If you cancel your order after it's been confirmed by the restaurant, you may be charged a fee 30% on you order.
- This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and preparing your order.

Refunds

- If you cancel your order within the allowed time frame, you'll receive a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days and may take up to  7-10 business days to appear on your statement.

How to Cancel

- To cancel your order, go to the "My Orders" section of the app or website.
- Select the order you want to cancel and follow the prompts.

Exceptions

- If your order has already been picked up by the driver or is en route to your location, it cannot be cancelled.
- If you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team.
